Description:
-Responsible for overall strategic planning and managing of all sales activities
-Define and recommend the sales plan/objectives and commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, customer services etc.
-Identify and target key clients and accounts for increased penetration
-Identify product suitability for the market, develop and implement product marketing plans to drive product development
-Direct and manage the whole team towards implementing sales strategy, setting and achieving sales objectives; reaching optional positioning as well as achieving maximum market shares
-Exercise leadership and sound judgment in difficult or complex business situation
-Take part in negotiations of major contracts, developing personal contacts with major clients
-Establish, maintain and develop business and social relationships with existing customers and potential customers to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services
-Provide management with oral and written reports on the customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities and potential for new products
-Collect and report customer information including credit, AR, Rebate, Evaluation and etc. to management on a monthly or quarterly base
-Work closely with other functions in order to better allocate resources, manage costs and timeframes for projects as well as grow business opportunities
-Provide coaching and support to the team whenever and wherever necessary
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above in Semiconductors, solar and renewable energy or Business
-More than 8 years of relevant working experience in sales or similar and at least 4 years managerial experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in solar/PV industry
-Has sales and marketing performance track record in big solar/PV companies.
-Well organized, creative, enthusiastic and result oriented
-Supervisory and managerial Skill
-Experience and capability in building up and developing a team
-Communication skills in English, and/or other foreign language
-Professional computer equipment and software skills

Description:
· Management of all day-day functionality of REC’s sales quotation tool;
· Support sales consultants with using REC’s quotation tool;
· Creation and modification of new and existing reports using Crystal Reports;
· Creation and modification of new and existing reports using report writing programs such as Crystal Reports, Salesforce.com, Oracle Reports and Oracle Discover;
· Work with the Payroll Department to validate monthly sales commissions and create monthly commission statements;
· Sales compensation modeling and analysis;
· Implementation of online compensation reporting/administration tool for the sales team;
· Proactively improve and document current sales processes;
· Assist with any new program release and rollout;
· Train and effectively communicate process revisions to the sales team.
Requirements
· Bachelors degree with 3 or more years relevant experience;
· Experience working directly with outside sales a plus;
· Advanced Excel and Access skills;
· Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems a must;
· Specific experience with Oracle E-Business and Salesforce.com a plus;
· Outstanding analytical & problem solving skills;
· Ability to take a critical look at business processes and offer suggestions that contribute to process improvement;
· Strong aptitude to learn new technical and proprietary applications;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Must be able work independently as well as collaboratively;
· Ability to work within a fast paced environment;

· Proficiency in Crystal Reports required;
