I recall an article mentioning 732 peel-and-stick solar panels being installed on one of the new Phx Convention Center buildings. While many people think of the uses for solar in residential applications, there is no doubt that these large scale projects can make a huge difference in energy consumption. It is nice to see the technologies improving.

I fully expect to see more of these popping up in the future. The viability of solar energy is just too good to be true. Not only is it good for the environment, but it is cost-effective, too.
